The Cake Witch Flavour List

I have tried to create a flavour list that appeals to traditionalists as well as to those wanting slightly quirkier flavours. I very much hope there is something for everyone but should you have a particular cake in mind that isn’t on the flavour list, please do ask and I will do my best to recreate it for you.

Once you have booked your wedding cake with me, if you would like to try some flavour samples, I can send postal boxes that are letterbox-friendly directly to you. Each little box contains two servings of two flavours and costs £15.00 including P&P and you can of course order more than one box!

This sample service is available exclusively to the couples who have already booked with me to enable them to choose the flavours for their wedding cake. Hopefully, my years of experience, lovely recommendations and reviews plus being a preferred supplier at some of Kent’s top wedding venues are enough to vouch for my actual baking abilities!

If you have any dietary requirements please do advise me before ordering your sample box and/or wedding cake. I have a full list of ingredients for every cake which I can send you should you require.

It is important to note that the Cake Witch kitchen handles all allergens so although I can make cakes without known allergens, I can’t guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. In addition some ingredients may be produced in factories/production facilities handling peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, milk, soy and wheat products or may contain celery, crustaceans, fish, gluten (wheat), milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame or soy.

Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and whatever jam takes your fancy.
Very special rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and caramel sauce.
Smashing lemon cake with lemon syrup, lemon buttercream and lemon curd.
Red Velvet cake (awesomeness in cake form) with whitened vanilla buttercream.
Coffee cake with pecans and a coffee & pecan buttercream filling with coffee caramel sauce.
Lotus Biscoff cake: brown sugar Madeira sponge with caramel syrup, vanilla caramel buttercream and crumbled Lotus Biscoffs.
Salted Caramel cake: vanilla or chocolate Madeira cake, vanilla buttercream, salted caramel sauce and fudge pieces.
Raspberry and Elderflower cake elderflower syrup, raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
Lemon and blueberry marble cake with lemon buttercream and blueberry jam.
Strawberry and white chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream and the best strawberry jam.
Prosecco & vanilla Madeira, layered with raspberry jam and a raspberry, lemon and Prosecco buttercream.
Prune, Cherry and vine fruits very rich fruit cake soaked with Armagnac and aged for months!
